Piyush Dixit
After spending 30 years in a corporate career spanning the US, Europe and Asia in companies including Tata, SWIFT, Motorola, as well as Silicon-Valley start-ups like NetDevices, Piyush decided to exit the software / management path and start his own venture with his wife: Tanmaatra.
Since 2002, he has been investing his time in gaining certifications (including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coach Federation (ICF) and NLP Master-Practitioner) and become one of Bangalore’s most sought after Executive Coaches.

Piyush has a B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from IIT Kanpur (1981), an MS in Computer Science from University of Maryland (1987) , and an MBA in Enterprise Management from IIM Bangalore (2002)
Prachi Dixit
Prachi has spent her entire life in the pursuit of helping other people. She began her career at NIMHANS in Bangalore in 1998 as a family counsellor. From 2002 to 2012, she was on the Executive Committee of renowned NGO Vishwas where she continued to be a counsellor.
In 2013, she and her husband Piyush decided to start Tanmaatra together. She now brings over 21 years of experience and specialisation in counselling / psychotherapy and career guidance to her clients.

Prachi has an MA in Psychology from the University of Allahabad. Prior to this she did her Bachelors degree majoring in humanities subjects and languages (Sanskrit).
